At Scarlett Chase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, original condition items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
